Do you offer any discounts or coupon codes? How often do you have sales?


Absolutely! We're always passing out coupon codes, so be on the lookout! We also offer advertised monthly sales, and some "friends only" discounts. Fan us on facebook and/or subscribe to our newsletter to access these special deals!


What are my payment options?


Right now we are only accepting secure payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use the service, just go through checkout as normal, and you will be prompted to enter your credit card information if you do not have an account.

What if I don't know the first thing about the internet, or how to start a website?


Everyone has to start somewhere! If you're interested in starting a website, or online business, but you don't know where to begin, we can help! Just e-mail us any questions you have, and someone from our friendly staff will be happy to talk you through the process! We also offer consultation services alone, and with all web design packages.


What do I need to have before I purchase a template or design services?


Before purchasing a premade template, or custom design services, you should have a domain name and web hosting already set up. Depending on what you are purchasing, you may also need some software. If you are unsure what you will need to make your new website function the way it should, please feel free to contact us before making your purchase.

If you are purchasing a pre-made template, please read the description carefully, as not all templates will work with just any shopping cart code! We offer pre-made templates for a limited number of shopping carts.


What is the custom design process like?

What if I am interested in design for something that isn't listed on your site?


Contact us! Chances are we can do it!

 

How long does it take to have a premade template/logo edited and ready for use?


Depending on our current work load, and the amount of time it takes you to respond to our emails (not to mention time zone differences, weekends and holidays) it can take anywhere from 2-10 business days. At this time, we are not offering any rush services.

 

How long does the custom web design process take?


This is a tricky one. The custom design process should never be rushed! You obviously want your site to be perfect, and we strive to make it happen for you. The creative process of a custom boutique website design can take anywhere from 2 weeks, to 2 months. We suggest you plan for at least 4-6 weeks of design and development before your website is ready to go live. Most of the time, you will be able to work on behind the scenes on things while we are wrapping up your design. It's a good idea to make yourself available to our creative team via email and telephone, and answer emails as quickly as possible to ensure we keep our dedicated time line.
