Our Terms:
(otherwise known as; all that legal mumbo-jumbo!)
Suga Pink Designs makes every effort to satisfy our customers 100%. Once a down payment has been placed on your custom design order, and work has begun, we are unable to issue any refunds due to the nature of our business. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your completed project, we will work with you until we can come to a mutually agreeable arrangement on how to proceed. We aren't quitters, and ultimately we want our customers to leave us happy!
Once a premade template has been purchased and work has begun on editing the images and/or the template has been digitally delivered, we are unable to issue any refunds.
Suga Pink Designs offers "layaway" services for our clients. Provided all payments are made on time, we will continue to work with you for as long as necessary. However, designs will not be released until payment has been made in full. If you require payment assistance, or would like to speak with us about our layaway or bartering programs, please e-mail customerservice@sugapink.com.
Upon payment in full, and the release of your HTML documents, website, images, code, etc. the following rules apply:
Suga Pink Designs retains the right to use any images created in advertising and/or business promotions, at our discretion.
All images, files, and source codes found on this website are the legal property of Suga Pink Designs. Any misuse may constitute legal action being taken.
Images created for limited edition pre-mades, unlimited edition pre-mades, premade business cards, logos, and newsletters remain the sole property of Suga Pink Designs and may not be used for anything other than their intended purpose while in your possession. Images/HTML documents, etc. may not be sold, traded, or lent to anyone and may only be used on the website you purchased your template for.
We never release files in .psd format for pre-made designs. Custom designed .psd files are released on a case by case basis, only.
Please do not remove the designers signature and link placed in the footer and/or HTML/CSS of your completed design. It's rude!
Suga Pink Designs does not add products, edit text, incorporate shopping carts, or fix links unless the errors are a direct result of our coding. If you require these services, please e-mail us for an additional quote. Suga Pink provides website maintenance and upkeep at the rate of $35.00/hour.
The purchase of custom web design, or any website template does NOT include a domain name, hosting, or ongoing maintenance, unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions on what is and is not included in your purchase, please contact us first!
Suga Pink Designs reserves the right to change, edit or delete any portion of Our Terms at any time, and for any reason, without prior notice. Please bookmark this page and check back frequently for updated information.
